Terms of service

Early access

Sealed is in early access and offered to a small group of people. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs or interruptions. Your feedback helps us, and we may use it to improve Sealed without owing you anything for it.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
• You are responsible for anything done through API keys or AI agents you connect, as if you had done it yourself.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files and documents you put into Sealed. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run Sealed for you, for example to show it to the people you share it with.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and share, and that sharing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Sharing

You choose who can open what you share: anyone with the link, people with a passcode, people whose email you list, or only your team. A link can be forwarded, so choose the setting that fits. We are not responsible for what recipients do with content once they can open it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sealed to:

• break the law, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory or harmful;
• send malware, phishing or spam, or deceive people about who you are;
• harass or harm anyone;
• get around access controls, limits or security, or try to reach data that is not yours;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our agreement.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

Fees

Sealed is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days before any charge, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. It is part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sealed available and your content safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending

You can stop using Sealed and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end early access with reasonable notice. After closing, we delete your content as described in the privacy policy; download anything you want to keep first.

Disclaimer

Sealed is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Sealed is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if someone makes a claim against us because of content you shared or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell signed-up users by email before they take effect. If you keep using Sealed after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
